By creating an account or using ChromaFit ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.

ChromaFit is a color blindness styling assistant that helps users identify matching clothing combinations, build a virtual wardrobe, and receive outfit suggestions. The App uses artificial intelligence to analyze photos and generate recommendations.

ChromaFit is designed to assist - not replace - personal judgment. All outfit suggestions and color matching assessments are AI-generated and provided for informational purposes only.

You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to register.

When you upload photos to ChromaFit, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze those images solely to provide the App's features to you. We do not claim ownership of your photos. You agree not to upload content that violates any law, infringes intellectual property rights, or contains nudity or offensive material.

ChromaFit uses AI to analyze clothing colors and generate outfit recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated results are not guaranteed to be perfect. ChromaFit is not liable for any purchasing decisions made based on App recommendations.

The App may display links to third-party retailers. ChromaFit does not endorse any specific retailer and is not responsible for third-party website content, pricing, availability, or transactions.

You agree not to reverse engineer the App, use it for any unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorized access, use automated scraping tools, or resell App features without written consent.

All App content including design, branding, code, text, and features are the property of ChromaFit and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChromaFit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Travis County, Texas.

ChromaFit is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

You provide directly:

• Email address (required at registration)
• Password (stored encrypted - we never see your plaintext password)
• Color blindness type and style preferences
• Photos of clothing items you upload
• Communication style preferences

Collected automatically:

• Approximate location (city/region level)
• Device type and operating system
• App usage patterns
• Date and time of account creation and activity

We use your information to provide and personalize the ChromaFit experience, analyze photos, send app communications, improve our AI, and comply with legal obligations. We will never sell your personal information to third parties.

By creating an account, you consent to receiving emails including account communications, product updates, styling tips, and occasional promotional content. You may opt out of non-essential emails at any time.

Photos are processed by our AI systems to identify clothing details. Your wardrobe data is stored securely. We do not share your individual photos with other users without your explicit consent. Community sharing features (coming later) will always be opt-in.

We collect approximate location data (city and region level) for analytics only. We do not collect precise GPS coordinates and never sell location data.

We may share data with service providers who assist in operating the App under strict confidentiality agreements, and with legal authorities when required by law. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We implement industry-standard security including encryption in transit and at rest, secure password hashing, and access controls. Please use a strong, unique password for your account.
